On Sunday, April 6th, the President along with Mohamed, Driss, and Christophe (elected members of the Syndical Council) had the opportunity to inaugurate the new video surveillance center, operated by security officer Hassan, with explanations provided by Si Mohammed. These tools will support the work of the security staff in the residence, aided by this camera network, and further enhance the safety of the residents.

Following a proposal by Nadia, the elected official in charge of gardening, and after reviewing several quotes and visiting nurseries with one of our gardeners, our team was able to carry out new plantings at a lower cost than in previous years. Beautifying the outdoor areas and giving the residence a well-maintained image are among our goals for this term.

Christophe, the elected head of security, presented various quotes to the elected officials for the purchase of an electric scooter to improve the mobility of the security officers. Silent and fast, this scooter allows them to respond quickly to any incidents detected by the cameras and to carry out regular patrols. This purchase is offset by the cessation of fuel reimbursements.

A first phase of beautification work through painting was carried out in December 2024, limited to respect a tight budget. The Syndic office, entrance gate, security post, library, and sidewalks were all repainted. To modernize the residents' reception area, the furniture dating back to 2010 was finally replaced, while still adhering to the overall budget allocated for the works.

Starting in January 2025, under the supervision of Moulay Rachid, the elected technical manager of the swimming pool, renovation work began: repair of the pumps and water filtration system, tiling of the pools, installation of toilets, painting, and more.
We also had to demolish and rebuild a storage room to safely store pool maintenance products.

In October 2024, Driss and Christophe oversaw the purchase of new waste containers in various colors and sizes to improve waste management at a reasonable cost. Additional improvements are currently being studied by the Syndical Council for 2025.

Following the earthquake, the Syndical Council had to carry out various repairs to the cracks.
As a result, our 492 pillars have been repaired with masonry work and covered with tiles to enhance their appearance. A budget is currently being estimated for painting the pillars.

To allow for easier access for people with reduced mobility, parking barriers have been installed and sealed. The goal is also to prevent inconvenient parking along the road.

Enhancing the existing lighting with additional spotlights proved to be essential. The Syndical Council chose to install several LED spotlights in various areas of the Residence (including the swimming pool).
